Roasting since 2019
Juniper started as a coffee cart at the Saturday market. Today we roast about 200 pounds a week on a 12-kilo Diedrich, buy directly from four farms, and still know most of our customers by name.
Direct trade
We visit every farm we buy from, and pay well above fair-trade minimums.
Roasted weekly
Every bag is roasted within seven days of reaching you.
Zero waste bar
Grounds go to community gardens; cups are compostable.
